Our inside sales staff fields calls throughout the week, with many on Saturday and Sunday to have our customers’ orders shipped on Monday so that it can arrive before the fair’s opening. Our outside sales staff is often on the fairgrounds throughout the country, personally taking orders while customers are tearing down.

What can I order?
We have a wide variety of concession products from frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods to equipment, custom cups, paper supplies, and anything you could need to have a successful fair. Our complete catalog can be found here or you can just call us to see what we have.
And don’t worry, if there’s something you want that we don’t have listed we will find it and deliver it to your location.
Where can I order?
We take orders from all over the continent from the Calgary Stampede in Alberta, Canada to Loudon, New Hampshire. Then from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Miami, Florida in the south side of the country. We deliver to your location on site so that you can be ready for the fair’s opening.

When can I order?
Orders are placed throughout the week as our customers know what they will need for that week’s event. To help ensure that your order is completely filled and delivered on time, Fare Foods should receive your order no later than 6pm the Sunday before an event. This will assist our team in getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
